GAME PURCHASE AND GAME ACTIVATION ISSUES
If you have an issue regarding a game purchase you've made or using a game activation code during N-Gage First Access,
please contact the NOKIA SUPPORT CENTER. They will have the most up-to-date information about your purchase, so please contact them directly.


What should I include in my support question?
when submitting an issue, please include the following information:

* Firmware version of your device (enter #0000# to display firmware version)
* Operator and service plan
* Country
* Data connection type (i.e. - GPRS, WLAN, 3G, etc.)
* Brief description of problem.

NOTE: If this is regarding a problem with an activation of a game, please have your activation code handy.


Where do I post my feedback or report an error with the N-Gage Application?
If you did not have problems with installing the N-Gage application and/or the games, but you have some feedback you want to give on your experience, or you'd like to report an error you discovered while using the N-Gage application, please visit the Development Feedback Forum.
